Eva Mendes is reportedly keen for her beau Ryan Gosling to move in with her.

The pair have been enjoying a passionate romance over the past few months and now Eva is ready to step things up a gear.

Insiders have told Us Weekly that the 38-year-old doesn't want to lose her The Place Beyond the Pines co-star.

"She's ready to settle down," a source said. "She doesn't care about getting married, but she'd love it if Ryan moved in with her."

And to show him that she is serious about their union, Eva offered to babysit Ryan's beloved dog George while he films Only God Forgives in Bangkok.

"He was going to have his friends watch George, but changed his mind at the last minute," the source shared.

"That's a huge deal to him. He wouldn't leave that dog with just anyone."

Although many of his friends aren't convinced by Eva because she is reportedly "too Hollywood" it appears that the Latin star has won over the person that really counts.

"Ryan's mom loves Eva," the source said. "And her opinion means a lot to him."
