(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Minnie Driver says she loves seeing her Hollywood idols behaving badly.

The 40-year-old actress enjoys attending red carpet events and awards ceremonies because she comes into contact with people who inspire her. She also confessed a mischievous motive for wanting to see A-list stars at showbiz parties admitting she finds it entertaining to see celebrities let loose after they have had a few drinks.

"It's kind of hilarious and daunting seeing your icons kind of hammered," she said during an interview with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. "Not necessarily fall down drunk but definitely saying inappropriate things and it's very lovely and it's sort of weird and awful, and I enjoy it.

Minnie went on to reveal she had a hilarious moment at the Golden Globes Awards ceremony last week. She was in the bathroom when she realised another star was about to unwittingly walk out with her dress tucked into her underwear. Minnie made sure the mystery beauty avoided an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction and helped get her outfit in order.

"There was a very gorgeous, lovely, young actress coming out of the stall," she explained. "I did stop and help her, and I said, 'I'm just glad you're wearing knickers.' But I don't think she knew what knickers were because it's an English word, but it was good. It was really good. It was a good story." (C) Cover Media
