Why is Dayanidhi Azhagiri taking so much time to get the film's shooting completed? Venkat Prabhu had earlier mentioned that Dayanidhi Azhagiri and Vivek Karunakaran had asked him to take his time so as to gain technical excellence but then it is rumored that there are no buyers for the film.

They kept on forcing the theatre owners to screen their movies for a very long time, though they weren't successful films. Now, since the Party has lost the State Government Elections, the theatre owners have taken advantage of the fact and are showing their annoyance to the producers.

It looks like the release of 'Mankatha' may get postponed to August as the audio launch is scheduled in July.  This is the first time that an Ajith Kumar film is taking such a long time to hit the screens.
