Maybe, A.R. Murugadoss is dealing with a complex script, but he seems to be neatly carrying out the shooting schedules without any breaks. The filmmaker has completed shooting for major portions of the film now. Recently, Suriya was badly injured while shooting for an action sequence in the backdrops of Binny Mills. With the doctors advising Suriya not to strain himself with action parts, the makers have decided to shoot the climax action sequences by next month.   The film is reported to be a medical thriller, which is set in two different backdrops. Speaking about this film, A.R. Murugadoss says that many have commenting that it's a remake of Hollywood movie 'Inception', but the script of 'Ezham Arivu' is something that even Hollywood screenwriters wouldn't have imagined. It travels from 2000yrs back to the present age with unexpected twists and turns. Shruthi Haasan plays Suriya's love interest and Harris Jayaraj scores music for this trilingual movie that will release simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
