After back to back teasers termed as 'Screamers' Anushka Sharma's next film Pari's trailer is officially released and we are taken down by the haunting visuals of the trailer where Anushka seems like an absolute psyche. We already witnessed Anushka in the wounded, bruised full of scars avatar from the previously released posters and screamers, whereas the horrifying trailer blows our mind as she seems possessed by a devil spirit and her supernatural actions are hard to watch. Set in the backdrop of Kolkata we could also sense a black magic plot and the innocent Parambrata Chatterjee helping her out to fight this evil spirit. Click here to watch Pari's official trailer.

Looks like the makers of the film decided to push the horror genre in India to a whole new level and thoroughly matches the standard of a Bollywood horror flick. The film is Anushka's first ever horror flick and her act has rightly matched high standards through her performance that scare us like hell.

In a statement, co-producer Karnesh Sharma said, "Our endeavour is to push the envelope with every film that we make. With 'Pari', we are hoping to give to our discerning audience an experience in the horror genre that will hopefully stay with them for a while. The response to the posters and screamers has been very encouraging and we are now looking forward to its release."

The film will hit theatres on the festive season of Holi dated March 2, 2018.
