January 17, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): The Green Hornet was at the zenith of the box office comfortably over the weekend, as indicated by Box Office Mojo. The Green Hornet represents a comedic superhero movie, which has, as its protagonist, Seth Rogen. The Green Hornet has magnetized a projected $34 million in its primary weekend. These estimations were strengthened by more costly 3-D screenings, which answered for almost 70% of the film's gross.

The Green Hornet has managed to attain the feat of the third uppermost opener in Januarys history, tailing merely Cloverfield and the re-discharge of Star Wars in 1997.
