For quite some time now talks were rife about "Tezz" clashing with Saif Ali Khan's long-delayed home production "Agent Vinod", which is now scheduled to release on 23rd March. Saif Ali Khan who has been struggling to get his mega budget ambitious film "Agent Vinod" released can now heave a sigh of relief.
"Agent Vinod" was set to release in February 2012. Later, they shifted it to March. But now, there is no clash because "Tezz" will be released in April . Anil Kapoor-Ajay Devgn starrer "Tezz" ’were slated to release on the same day 23rd March. This made major headlines as the clash of the movies would have affected the box-office collections of both the movies as both movies belong to the same action-thriller genre.
Now that the final schedule was almost over the film was pushed into the post production stage where it was being readied for the release on 23rd March when the news of the clash came out in open. However the makers of "Tezz" who released the first look of their flick with their recent release "Players" revealed that they are releasing the film on 27th April and not on the afore mentioned date. As both the films could have eaten into each other’s business, it was a wise decision that the mega clash has been finally averted.
